WALKING INTO THE FUTURE WITH TRADITION

IMG_1641.jpg

Finca Sampaka has been and is an emblematic property of the Bioko Island, founded around 1906, Its colonial-type house made of green-toned wood and Nordic pine still stands, refusing to succumb to the passage of time.

The name Sampaka comes from the name of the so-called Samuel Parker, who settled in the area when he left Liberia, and over the years, with pidging, his name was derived from Sam Peik to the current Sampaka .

The farm, whose area was nearly 1,000 hectares, always stood out for harvesting one of the best cocoas on the island and in the world, both for its exquisite care in the selection and in its production process.

Later this farm was incorporatedin the 90s to the CAMASA company.

Currently, in the Sampaka Farm, the organization and management of the CAMASA company and its offices are now centralized, where in addition to this plantation ofcocoa, plantations of different tropical crops are incorporated such ascoffee pepper and tropical flowers. We offer advicegardening sale of ornamental plants, and two years ago we began to transform ourCOCOA 1906, in "tree to bar" artisan chocolate,(from tree to tablet) of high quality using the best seeds, to give added value to local products in the country.
